Back to the UK!
Booked my flights, so it's official, i'm going back!
Things I'm looking fwd to
1. Knowing to shop the Edinburgh farmer's market from week one, instead of finding it the final week like last year..
2. Scottish weather in July!!! This summer in the Southern US is going to blow bigtime.
3. Public acceptability of profanity. I can't wait til some grandma in the grocer's says "I donny give a single fook" really made my day.
4. Game in the markets. Seems like the only venison in Durham is pasted to the highway.
5. Faces on meat. I never see fish heads or hog's heads in US markets, and that's weird.
6. Haggis potato chips.
7. Irn Bru!
